The project was developed as a series of small apartment buildings, Villas, joined by commons spaces and connecting back into the main campus through a new 15,000 SF community building, The Center for Healthy Living. With a focus on an active and healthy lifestyle for those 62 and older, the project did attract a younger senior population than the existing campus and that of the normal industry standards.
Daniel, while at Eventus, led the Plymouth Place through team building, contract negotiations, master planning, design, resident selection, construction oversight, and assisted with financing, as the project executive.
