Cannonball Club will be Philadelphia’s first high-end automotive storage facility and social club for car enthusiasts. Pandion is proud to partner with Cannonball Club on the design and construction of their flagship location in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. The dramatic venue, housed in a circa-1889 industrial building, originally constructed as part of the Morse Elevator Works, will include a premium restaurant and bar where car enthusiasts can socialize and connect, as well as co-working space, event areas, a detailing bay, and other amenities.

Upon lease signing, Pandion was engaged to lead the tenant fit-out effort, providing expert guidance and support, managing the design and pre-construction process, managing owner vendors, soliciting and hiring the construction team, leading value engineering, and coordinating the tenant-improvement scope with the landlord’s improvements. Pandion will continue managing the construction and closeout process through club opening in early 2026. Once finished, the space will offer 15,000 square feet for automobile display and storage, complemented by 6,000 square feet of amenity space.
