After years of stalled development under a different project management group, Princeton National Rowing Association engaged Pandion Development Management to lead forward the project through final design, entitlements, and construction. The state‑of‑the‑art mass timber facility features integrated strength‑training and recovery areas, expanded erg space, lounge and event zones, locker and repair facilities, all supporting elite athlete performance and broad community outreach.
The project will be completed and fully occupied by the US National Rowing team in early 2026. Once finished, the facility will support National Team training, outreach to youth and adult rowers, and benefit Mercer County’s local rowing programs.
