Roman Catholic High School: Howard Center for the Arts

Philadelphia, PA

The Project

As the first part of Roman Catholic High School’s Vision of Promise Campaign, the school acquired and repurposed a two-story warehouse building near their campus into a 13,000 SF performing arts and tech center, featuring a black box theatre, band/orchestra room, piano lab, digital photography studio, art spaces, science classrooms, and faculty space. Work included extensive interior improvements and re-cladding the building façade, and conversion of the first floor space into a parking garage. Kris served as construction-phase development manager. (Completed with Aegis Property Group)
