Frederick Living is transforming its Wellness Center into a modern space for fitness, therapy, and recovery. The project turns about 3,500 SF of interior space into a new cardio and strength training area, a free weights training area, a flexible group exercise and yoga studio, and an updated PT/OT therapy suite. Along with these new finished spaces, the work will also include critical system updates to HVAC, relocation of the fire alarm panel, and replacing heavily used fitness equipment with new modern equivalents. The Wellness Center is Phase 1 of the larger Frederick Living expansion still in design. Pandion and Matthews Development Company are the Owner’s Representative team managing the budget, contracts, pay applications and coordination between the design and construction teams.
